About Lucky Thunder
Local experts dedicated to maximizing your revenue and protecting your property.
Our Story
Lucky Thunder Property Management was started by a team of local hosts who built and managed successful STRs across Austin, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and Canyon Lake. After growing multiple high-performing listings—and helping friends do the same—we realized property owners needed a trustworthy, hands-on management partner who lives in the community and understands the local market.
We created Lucky Thunder to give homeowners a stress-free, full-service management experience backed by real data, real results, and boots-on-the-ground support.
